While you will generally have good 4G signal in and around towns like Riobamba and Alausi, and for significant portions of the track, there will be sections where the signal might become intermittent or drop entirely. This is common in remote, mountainous terrain. We encourage you to enjoy the stunning views and consider it a chance to disconnect and fully appreciate the majestic Andes.
